Hotel Xcaret Mexico

So we went back to Hotel Xcaret Mexico again! After the incredible time that we had in 2018 we couldn’t help but revisit the resort again for a week of downtime in the middle of our frigid Winnipeg winter. As expected, we had another amazing experience and were so thankful for a week of rest. Here are a couple highlights from our trip!

Both times we’ve visited this resort we've gone with our friends Will and Carleigh. The advantage of travelling with friends is that you always have someone to take your photo!

Hotel Xcaret Mexico is focused on sustainability and the incorporation of Mexican culture into the resort experience. Makers from all corners of Mexico contribute everything from room decor to unique foods. The resort is beautifully designed around natural forests and rock formations, and to us it feels like a home away from home.
