Ashley & Scott

Scott and Ashley got married right before the leaves changed colours! This is the first of our September 2015 weddings to be released! 

Scott's family is from Virden Manitoba, and Ashley's family has a beautiful property in South West Winnipeg. The wedding tent was pitched in her parent's beautiful front yard. It was within the Winnipeg city limits, but felt as if we were off in the middle of the country! Photos were shot at the Manitoba Legislature, and over this particular weekend there was a blow through of forest fire smoke. This haze dampened the sunshine to give us incredibly beautiful images just outside of the Legislature. 

Scott and Ashley's film really focuses on two things: a). The beautiful letters which provide the audio backbone to their film, and b). the party they had at their reception. Through their letters they portrayed their love for one another so beautifully, and their reception exemplified that love through honest and heartwarming speeches and an incredible dance party. 

We wish both Scott and Ashley well as they begin their new lives together!
